Celebrating 53 Years

1961 - 2014

From Emerging Markets to Emerging Technologies: Challenges Facing Today's Scientists

This year marks the 53rd Anniversary of the Eastern Pharmaceutical Technology Meeting (EPTM) annual meeting. EPTM began in 1961 when industrial pharmacists formed the Industrial Pharmaceutical Technology Section of the American Pharmaceutical Association and held the First Annual Eastern Regional Meeting in New York City. Last year we had a great success on bringing the scientific leaders and experts from different industries and academics to cover interesting topics on drug delivery and technology. This year, we will be covering emerging topics that will affect today’s scientists: Bio-pharmaceutics, Quality by Design, Biologics, Emerging market, Manufacturing engineering, and Drug-Delivery Technology. EPTM is a great forum to interact with other scientists in the NJ, NY, CT, PA, and DE regions for continual education on hot topics and networking. EPTM 2014 will be held on September 19 in the Olde Mill Inn in Basking Ridge, NJ.
